Booking terms
A plain-English summary of how quoting and booking works. Your confirmed quote sets out the details for your job.
Quotes
Online prices are guide estimates. We confirm a quote once we've checked your postcodes, items, dimensions and access. A booking is only made when you accept the confirmed quote.
Pricing
Starting prices cover straightforward local jobs, including the first 10 road miles. Extra mileage is charged at £1.95 per mile. Decluttering is charged at £50 per hour. Additional stops, stairs, lifting help, waiting, parking, airport access and tolls may be added and will be explained in your quote.
Accurate details
Please give accurate item sizes and access information. If what we find on the day differs from what was agreed, we'll talk it through with you before doing any extra work.
Items we can't move
We don't move motorcycles, hazardous goods, or anything illegal. Airport transfers are for luggage only.
