▶Can I book a same-day delivery?
Send your request and choose “Same day (urgent)” as the timing. Same-day availability is checked first, and we'll confirm whether we can take the job before you book.
▶What is included in a starting price?
Single-item and bicycle delivery start at £59 for a straightforward job up to 10 road miles and one hour. Multi-item delivery starts at £89 up to 10 miles and 90 minutes. Items must fit the van and be manageable by one person. Access, extra help and additional travel can change your quote.
▶Can you move heavy furniture or appliances?
Tell us the item, its dimensions and the access at both ends. Starting prices assume items one person can manage, so larger or heavier items are quoted individually once we've checked the details.
▶How does airport luggage delivery work?
We collect suitcases from your address and take them to an agreed handover, or bring them home after your trip. This is luggage only — the handover point and access arrangements are agreed before booking.
▶Does decluttering include rubbish removal?
Decluttering sessions focus on sorting and organising with you. Donation transport and larger jobs are quoted separately, so tell us what you have in mind.
▶Are there additional charges?
Additional stops, stairs, lifting help, waiting, parking, airport access and tolls can affect the price. These are explained in your confirmed quote. Any necessary changes to the agreed job should be discussed before extra work proceeds.
